How to Cook Rib Roast

• 4-5 lb. rib roast
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
• 2 sprigs fresh thyme
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Rub the rib roast with garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, and rub the herbs into the meat.
3. Place the roast in a roasting pan with a rack.
