1 boneless rib eye roast
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon of cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon of sea salt


1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

2. Rub the rib eye roast with the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, basil, black pepper, and sea salt.

3. Place the seasoned roast in a roasting pan.

4. Roast the rib eye for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature of the roast reaches 135°F (medium-rare) or 145°F (medium).

5. Remove the roast from the oven, cover loosely with foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

6. Slice the roast and serve.
