Ingredients:

• 4-5lb Chuck Roast
• 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
• 2 tablespoons of Garlic and Onion Powder
• 2 tablespoons of Salt
• 2 tablespoons of Black Pepper
• 2 tablespoons of Paprika
• 2 cups of Beef Broth

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Pat dry the chuck roast and season with garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.

3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Place the chuck roast in the skillet and brown both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.

5. Add the beef broth to the skillet and place in the preheated oven.

6. Cook for 1 ½ – 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.

7. Once the roast is cooked to your desired temperature, remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve the chuck roast with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a side salad. Enjoy!
