How To Cook A Chuck Roast

Ingredients
– 1 boneless chuck roast (3-4 pounds)
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– Salt and pepper
– 1 cup of beef broth
– 1 onion, diced
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
– 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-safe pot over medium-high heat.
3. Season the chuck roast generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
4. Place the chuck roast in the pot and sear it on both sides until it is nicely browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Add the beef broth, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and rosemary to the pot. Stir to combine.
