Ingredients:

1 cup wild rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse wild rice in a colander until water runs clear.

2. Place wild rice, chicken broth, butter, salt, and pepper in a large saucepan.

3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cover. Simmer until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 45 minutes.

4. Fluff with a fork and serve.
