Bring the water to a rolling boil and add the noodles. Stir the noodles occasionally to prevent them from sticking together. Boil the noodles until they are tender, which will take 4 to 6 minutes depending on the size of the noodles. Once the noodles are tender, drain the water and rinse the noodles with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Saucing the Rice Noodles

Once the noodles are cooked and drained, it’s time to add the sauce.
