– 2 cups of white rice
– 2 ½ cups of water
– Salt (optional)

1. Add the white rice and salt (optional) to the pressure cooker and stir together.

2. Pour in the water and stir until everything is combined.

3. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and set the pressure valve to the “sealing” position.

4. Set the pressure cooker to the “rice” setting and let cook for 8 minutes.

5. After 8 minutes, let the pressure cooker naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes.

6. Release the remaining pressure manually and open the lid.

7. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and serve.

Tips For Making Perfect Rice In Pressure Cooker

-If you’re using a different type of rice (i.e. brown rice, wild rice, etc.), you may need to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
