1 cup of long grain white rice
1 cup of water

Instructions

1. Plug in your Instant Pot. Place the inner pot in the Instant Pot.
2. Add the cup of white rice and the cup of water to the inner pot.
3. Secure the lid of the Instant Pot and make sure the steam release handle is in the “Sealing” position.
4. Press the “Manual” button, then use the “+” and “-” buttons to adjust the time to 4 minutes.
5. When the timer beeps, press the “Keep Warm/Cancel” button to turn off the Instant Pot.
6. Carefully turn the steam release handle to the “Venting” position to do a quick release. Wait until the steam has fully released and the float valve has dropped before opening the lid.
7. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and serve.
