• 4-5 small red potatoes, scrubbed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
3. Place potatoes in a large bowl, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
4. Place potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
