– 4 thick-cut pork chops

– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

3. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

4. Rub the pork chops with the olive oil mixture.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees F.

6. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
