1 lb of sliced belly pork
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of sea salt


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Place the sliced belly pork on a roasting tray.

3. Drizzle the olive oil over the pork, then sprinkle the garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper and sea salt over the pork.

4. Using your hands, rub the oil and seasonings into the pork.

5. Place the roasting tray in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes.

6. After 20 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and turn the pork over.

7. Place the tray back in the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes.

8. When ready, remove the tray from the oven and serve the sliced belly pork hot. Enjoy!
