– 1 lb of pork belly
– Salt
– Pepper
– 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
– 1 onion, diced


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Place the pork belly onto a cutting board and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rub the seasoning into the meat with your hands, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the pork belly to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping it every few minutes to ensure even cooking.

5. Transfer the pork belly, along with the onions, to a baking dish and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the pork belly is cooked through.
