• 1 large onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder

3. Transfer the pork to a crock pot, then add the onion and garlic.

4. In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.

5. Pour the mixture over the pork and vegetables, then stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Once the pork has cooked, use two forks to shred it. Serve the pulled pork on a bun with your favorite toppings, such as coleslaw, pickles or barbecue sauce. Enjoy!
