4 boneless porkchops
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Rub the pork chops with the seasoning mix, making sure to evenly coat both sides.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook each side for about 2 minutes, until lightly browned.
6. Place the pork chops in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the porkchops reach 145 degrees.
7. Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
