– 3-4 lbs pork ribs
– 2 tablespoons of your favorite dry rub
– 1/4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Remove the extra fat from the ribs, and rinse them off with cold water.
3. Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle the dry rub all over the ribs.
4. Place the ribs on the grill, and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, flipping them every 15 minutes or so.
5. Once the ribs are cooked through, brush them with the BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes, flipping them every couple of minutes.
6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
7. Enjoy!
