2-3 lb. Pork Loin Roast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Place pork loin roast on a baking sheet and rub the seasoning mixture onto the roast.
4. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature of the roast reaches 145 degrees F.
5. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.


For added flavor, you can rub some olive oil or butter onto the pork loin roast before adding the seasoning mixture.
