Ingredients

• 4 bone-in pork chops, each about 1 inch thick
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of your favorite pork rub

Instructions

1. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the pork chops on both sides with the olive oil and then sprinkle both sides with the pork rub.
3. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Flip the pork chops and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Insert a thermometer into the thickest part of the pork chop, and if the temperature reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, the pork chops are done. If not, cook for 1-2 more minutes and check the temperature again.
6. Once the pork chops have reached the desired internal temperature, remove them from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
7. Serve the pork chops with your favorite side dishes and enjoy.
