Ingredients Needed

· 6 pork chops
· 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
· 1/2 cup of onion, diced
· 1/2 cup of ketchup
· 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
· 1/4 cup of brown sugar
· Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Place pork chops in a lightly greased slow cooker.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Pour mixture over pork chops in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until pork chops are cooked through.
5. Serve pork chops over cooked rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.

Tips

· If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water, and add to the slow cooker during the last hour of cooking.
· You can also add some diced potatoes, carrots, and celery to the slow cooker, if desired.
· For a spicy version, add 1 teaspoon of chili powder or 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the sauce mixture.
