– 2-3 lbs. boneless pork ribs
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
– 2 tablespoons garlic powder
– 2 tablespoons onion powder
– 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1 teaspoon sea salt


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and sea salt.

4. Place the boneless pork ribs on the baking sheet and brush with the oil and seasoning mixture.

5. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through the cooking time.

6. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the pork ribs are cooked through and lightly browned.
