Ingredients
– 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
– 1 teaspoon kosher salt

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place pork chops on a cutting board and season both sides with salt and pepper.
