• 2 pork chops
• 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

3. Rub the pork chops with the olive oil and then season with the spice mixture.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

6. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

7. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
