– 2 to 3-pound pork loin
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
2. Pat the pork loin dry with a paper towel.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
4. Rub the mixture over the pork loin.
5. Place the pork loin on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
7. Check the internal temperature of the pork loin with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should be at least 145°F (62°C).
