Ingredients

– 2 pork chops
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
2. Place the pork chops on a cutting board and season them with salt and pepper, to taste.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and olive oil to the pan.
4. Once the butter has melted and the pan is hot, add the pork chops to the skillet. Cook them for 4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown.
5. Once the pork chops are browned, add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
7. Once the pork chops have finished cooking, transfer them to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
