How To Cook A Pork Butt In The Oven

– 4-6 lb pork butt
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon chili powder


1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

2. Rub the pork butt with olive oil and season generously with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder.
