How To Cook A Pork Butt In The Oven

Ingredients

– 4-6 lb pork butt
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
