How to Cook Lobster Tail

Cooking lobster tails is a surprisingly easy task for any home cook. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a delicious seafood meal that your family and friends will love.

– 4-6 frozen lobster tails
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and make a slit down the back of each tail.

3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

4. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of each lobster tail.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is cooked and easily flakes with a fork.

6. Serve warm with additional butter, if desired.

– For added flavor, you can add a few drops of lemon juice or white wine to the butter mixture.

– If the lobster tails are too large, you can cut them in half lengthwise before cooking.

– To make sure the lobster tail is cooked through, you can use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature is 145 degrees F.

– If you don’t have access to frozen lobster tails, you can use fresh lobster tails as well. Just make sure to cook them a few minutes longer.
