– 1/2 lb ground pork
– 1/2 cup finely chopped Napa cabbage
– 1/4 cup finely diced onion
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 teaspoons sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
– Wonton wrappers


1. In a medium bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and white pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2. To form the wontons, take a wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center. Dip your finger in water and run it along two adjacent edges of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal.

3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drop in the wontons and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until they are cooked through.

4. Serve wontons with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
