How To Cook Wok

All you need to know about: How To Cook Wok.


1 tablespoon oil
1-2 tablespoons of your favorite stir-fry sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 cups of your favorite vegetables
1/2 pound of protein (tofu, chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, etc.)


1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the wok.
3. Add garlic and onion, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Add carrots, bell pepper, and your favorite vegetables, and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
5. Add protein and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
6. Add stir-fry sauce and stir to combine.
7. Reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy!
