Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Place the tilapia filet on a plate or cutting board and season both sides with salt and pepper.

3. Place the flour in a shallow dish or plate and season with salt and pepper.

4. Dredge the tilapia in the flour, coating both sides. Shake off any excess flour.

5. Heat the oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Add the tilapia to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
