How To Cook Swiss Chard

• 2 bunches Swiss Chard
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste


1. First, wash the Swiss Chard thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Trim off the bottom of the stems and discard the tough stems.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Then, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the Swiss Chard to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the Swiss Chard is wilted, about 5 minutes.
