Ingredients

2 pounds fresh or frozen stone crab claws
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. If using frozen crab claws, allow them to thaw thoroughly in the refrigerator.

2. Preheat a large pot of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.

3. Place the crab claws in the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.

4. Remove the claws from the boiling water and rinse under cold water.

5. In a medium-sized skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

6. Add the garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and sea salt.

7. Stir the spices into the melted butter until well combined.

8. Add the cooked crab claws to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

9. Serve the stone crab claws hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
