1 slab of St. Louis-style pork ribs
2 tablespoons of your favorite dry rub


1. Preheat a smoker or oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs. This can be done with a knife or a kitchen towel.

3. Rub the ribs with the dry rub, making sure to coat each side.

4. Place the ribs on the smoker or in the oven.

5. Cook the ribs for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 175 degrees Fahrenheit.

6. Remove the ribs from the smoker or oven and wrap them in aluminum foil.

7. Let the ribs rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.


Serve the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce and sides. Enjoy!
