1 medium squash of your choice

2 tablespoons of oil


1. Start by washing and preparing the squash. If the squash has a tough skin, peel it off. Cut the squash into cubes or slices, depending on the shape and type of squash you are using.

2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the squash to the skillet.
