How To Cook Shredded Hash Browns

Ingredients

-2 large potatoes
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Wash the potatoes and use a box grater to grate them.

3. Spread the grated potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.

4. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
