1 pound shark meat
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup white wine


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and salt. Cook and stir for 1 minute.

3. Add the shark meat to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes, turning once.

4. Place the shark meat on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

5. Remove the shark from the oven and pour the white wine over it.

6. Return the shark to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

7. Serve the shark with the sauce. Enjoy!
