Ingredients:

1 lb. scallops, preferably dry-packed
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
3. Add the scallops and season with salt and pepper.
4. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the scallops are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice.
6. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
