Ingredients:
– 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon fillets.
4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
7. Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
8. When butter is melted, spoon over salmon.
