How To Cook Ribs

Cooking ribs can be a daunting task for the beginning home chef, but with the right ingredients and a few tips and tricks, you can make delicious ribs at home. Here’s how to make the perfect ribs:


– 2 racks of baby back ribs
– 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
– 2 tablespoons of onion powder
– 2 tablespoons of paprika
– 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons of chili powder
– 2 tablespoons of salt
– 2 tablespoons of black pepper
– 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
– 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 cup of honey
– 1/2 cup of ketchup


1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the racks of ribs on top.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
4. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and ketchup.
6. Pour the mixture over the ribs and wrap the baking sheet with additional aluminum foil.
7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 2-3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
