• 2 pounds of pork riblets
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon of onion powder
• 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
• 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons of dried basil
• 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup of chicken broth


1. Start by prepping the riblets. Trim off any excess fat and season with the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned riblets and cook until they are lightly browned on all sides.
3. Transfer the riblets to the crock pot.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture over the riblets.
5. Place the lid on the crock pot and cook for 4-6 hours on low heat.
6. Once the riblets are cooked through and tender, remove from the crock pot and serve.

Tips and Tricks

• If you want to add some extra flavor, you can throw in some diced onion, bell peppers, or diced carrots.
• You can also add in some BBQ sauce, honey, or brown sugar to the liquid mixture for a sweet and tangy flavor.
