1 (25-ounce) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5-ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.

3. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
