Ingredients
– 4 large Portobello mushrooms
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Rinse the mushrooms in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Place mushrooms in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic. Gently toss the mushrooms to coat them evenly with the oil and seasonings.
4. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, gill side up. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
