Ingredients

– 2-3 pounds of picanha
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of salt
– 2 teaspoons of black pepper
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Pat the picanha dry with a paper towel, then place it onto a baking sheet.

3. Rub the garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper all over the picanha.

4. Place the butter on top of the picanha.

5. Roast the picanha in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

6. Remove the picanha from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice it thinly across the grain.
