Ingredients

-2-3 Parsnips
-1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
-Salt and Pepper
-Optional: Herbs, Garlic, or Butter

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Peel the parsnips and cut them into 1/2 inch slices.
3. Place the slices in a bowl and drizzle them with the olive oil.
4. Sprinkle the slices with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
5. Place the parsnip slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
6. Optional: If desired, add herbs, garlic, or butter to the parsnips before baking for extra flavor.
7. Once done, remove the parsnips from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
