How To Cook Paneer

– 1 cup paneer, cubed
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
– 2 tablespoons tomato puree
– 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
– 2 tablespoons cream
– 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
3. Add the tomato puree and sauté for another minute.
4. Add the red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, and coriander powder.
5. Stir the spices into the tomato mixture and cook for a few minutes until the mixture is fragrant and the oil starts to separate.
6. Add the cubed paneer and mix well.
7. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is well-coated with the spices.
8. Add the cream and stir to combine.
9. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
10. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
