1 lb of oyster mushrooms,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
3 cloves of garlic,
1/2 teaspoon of salt,
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper,
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional).


1. Start by prepping the mushrooms. Rinse the mushrooms off and cut off any tough stems. Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. Add the salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Once the mushrooms are cooked through and lightly browned, remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
