How To Cook Meatloaf

Ingredients
– 2 pounds ground beef or turkey
– 2 eggs
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef or turkey, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
