4 mahi mahi fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper


1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are combined.

3. Place the mahi mahi fillets onto a large plate or platter. Brush each side of the fillets with the olive oil mixture.

4. Place the mahi mahi fillets onto the preheated grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
