Ingredients

– Lobster tails
– Lemon juice
– Salt
– Pepper
– Melted butter
– Garlic cloves (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Use kitchen shears to cut down the top of the lobster tail shell and remove it.
3. Pull apart the shell at the top and separate the meat from the shell.
4. Place the lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet.
5. Squeeze some lemon juice over the lobster tails.
6. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic (optional) over the lobster tails.
7. Pour melted butter over the lobster tails.
8. Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and the shells are lightly browned.
9. Serve and enjoy!
