What You Need

– 2 frozen lobster tails
– Aluminium foil
– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper
– Baking tray

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Place the lobster tails on a baking tray.

3. Cut open the top of the lobster shells with a kitchen scissors.

4. Drizzle the lobster tails with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5. Wrap the lobster tails in the aluminium foil and seal tightly.

6. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.

7. Remove the baking tray from the oven and carefully open the aluminium foil.

8. Check the lobster tails are cooked through. You can do this by piercing the thickest part of the tail with a sharp knife. The flesh should be opaque and no longer transparent.

9. Serve the cooked lobster tails warm with your favourite sides.

– For added flavour, you can add herbs and spices such as garlic, paprika, or chilli powder to the lobster tails before wrapping them in the aluminium foil.

– If your lobster tails are larger, you may need to increase the cooking time by a few minutes.

– To make sure the lobster tails are cooked through, you can use a food thermometer. The internal temperature of the lobster meat should be 140°F.
