How To Cook Fiddleheads

Ingredients
– 1 lb fiddleheads
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
2. Carefully rinse the fiddleheads in a colander and add them to the boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes.
3. Drain the fiddleheads and rinse with cold water.
4. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
6. Add the fiddleheads and sauté until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
7. Add the lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
