Prepping the Crab Legs
Before you can cook crab legs in the oven, you’ll need to prepare the crab legs. Start by cutting the crab legs in half in order to make them easier to cook. You can use kitchen scissors or a sharp knife for this step. Once the crab legs are cut, rinse the legs with cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the oven is preheated, place a baking sheet inside of the oven. This will help to evenly distribute the heat and help to keep the crab legs from sticking to the bottom of the oven.
